Tested and debugged, optimized for Microsoft windows 7 ultimate 64bit and 32bit OS.
For installing Bill ninja, you must have admin rights. Bill ninja is portable software, for uninstall just delete smf folder location is "C:\smf\bill_ninja".
To use you need to install this software in its default location.
You must have working internet connection and of course reference number of MEPCO in working directory of bill ninja, file name “input.txt” ref number can be spread by newline (enter) if you want to collect data of many bills. You can copy ref data from excel sheet and paste in “input.txt”.
If you have credit in bill ninja software this software will try to get all data of ref numbers automatically and make an “output.csv” this file can be opened in any excel program.

The Bill Ninja software doesn't use any hack or trick with mepco servers. It connects to mepco server, available for public use, with the interval of 8 thousand milliseconds; this time period is enough to fulfill requests of others. So we don’t do any burden on mepco servers. And the services of them don't bother with the requests of our software.
